a masculine touch

masculine x feminism

Never set boundaries for the ordinary

This is my version of Sophia Chang's outfit

I was immediately drawn to the Addidas track pants and girly heels. I made my own twist of wearing the fur kitten heels while trying to mimic the rest of the outfit. I love making shoes the statement piece. But then again, I'm always attracted to shoes.

To be honest, I don't own much sport clothing. If I do, this is how I would style them: masculinity meets feminism. Never set boundaries for the ordinary. If you want to rock your sweat with heels, go for it. You do not have to wear sneaker with every sweatpants. Try something new but that's if you're comfortable in it. Don't force yourself to wear something that isn't you.

Story Time: Once in my lifetime, I went all sporty for a guy to find out it wasn't worth it. I wasn't being myself. I faked a style that I wasn't comfortable in and didn't feel confident. But this outfit represents who I am really well. I love putting masculine clothing with my girly self. It throws me out of the box yet, I am completely comfortable.

So the moral is don't do anything that isn't you. But don't be afraid to try something new even if it's small like wearing earrings. Take your time. Don't rush. Stay true.
